Join us for the BV Originalz Germany Charity Meeting 2025 – our special charity weekend in Essen, Germany. From October 3rd to 4th, 2025, we're coming together for brotherhood, fun, and a great cause. Everyone is welcome – help us make a difference!

📅 Event Schedule
Friday, October 3rd – Meet & Greet
Starting at 6:00 PM, we’ll gather at Don't Panic Essen for an easy-going kickoff. Expect great music, cold drinks, big hugs, and good vibes as we kick off the weekend together!
Saturday, October 4th – Main Event
- 11:00 AM: Flagshoot at the iconic Zeche Zollverein grounds – including the Black Flag
- 3:00 PM: Free time to explore Essen
- 6:30 PM: Main Event at Dampfe with:
- Delicious buffet dinner
- Charity raffle with exclusive BV items
- Silent auction with unique pieces
- Special Goodiebags for early birdz!
🎟️ Tickets & Participation
Ticket Price: €62
This includes access to the Saturday Main Event, buffet dinner, and contributes directly to our charitable goals.

Don't Panic (Meet & Greet)
Don’t Panic is one of Essen’s most iconic alternative bars – a mix of rock, punk, and metal vibes with a laid-back crowd and cold drinks. The perfect place for a chill Meet & Greet to start the weekend right!

Zeche Zollverein (Flagshoot location)
A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Europe’s most iconic industrial landmarks. The perfect backdrop for our Flagshoot!

Public Transit: Tram 107 to “Zollverein”
By Car: Take highway A42, exit Essen-Altenessen. Follow signs for "Welterbe Zollverein" (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Large visitor parking lots at entrances "Zollverein A12" or "Zollverein A14". Free and paid parking available on-site.
Dampfe – Das Borbecker Brauhaus (Main Event)
A rustic and cozy venue with its own brewery – perfect for our evening of fun, food, and fundraising.

Public Transit: S-Bahn to “Essen-Borbeck” | By Car: Parking available on-site
By Car: Take highway A40, exit Essen-Zentrum/Bottrop. Continue on B231 towards Borbeck. In Borbeck, follow signs for “Dampfe” / Borbecker Brauhaus. On-site and street parking available (free of charge)
